LINDA JORDON

GREAT FENCER, COACH, FRIEND

Linda Jordon was a classically trained fencer in all weapons- foil, epee, and sabre, who was a great friend, teacher, coach, and comrade in arms.

She fenced with French, Hungarian, Canadian, Prussian, and America Masters.  She studied at the coaches college at the US Olympic Training Center and was a Level five Director.  Linda was also an A rated fencer and many times Arizona State Champion for several years.  She served as Chairman of the Arizona Division of USFA and was President of Southwest Fencing club for years. 

Linda taught fencing classes for the cities of Phoenix, Peoria, and Glendale.  Many of her students went on to fence at Junior Olympics and at National tournaments.

Her love of the sport of fencing will be truly missed, as will her hard work and dedication.
